It’s springtime in DC, and you know what that means: cherry blossoms!
As the sponsor of the National Cherry Blossom Festival (NCBF), this is a particularly exciting time at Events DC. For the week leading up to the NCBF Parade, we are proud to host the float building at the DC Armory, and we look forward to seeing your faces along the parade route on April 14.
But as this edition of our newsletter will show, there’s so much more going on around our neighborhoods. Have you watched a bout of roller derby at the DC Armory? Or shopped for fresh local produce at the RFK Festival Grounds? What about strolling along the newly-renovated Anacostia River Walk? Have you put the April 30 RFK Campus Quarterly Meeting on your calendar?
At Events DC, we always have you in mind when we program events on the RFK Campus. This newsletter is a great way to stay informed about upcoming events and updates to the RFK Campus Redevelopment Project. It’s also our goal to hear from everyone who has an opinion about our efforts. And we mean everyone! Whether you have an extensive comment or a small question, your input is valuable in this process. Reach out to us anytime through www.rfkcampus.com, Facebook, or Twitter to let us know how we are doing and what more we can do for you, so we can continue to work to fulfill our commitment to you.
In the meantime, keep letting everyone know that you join us standing #RFKReady.
